Christian evangelism seminars were held in Guatemala and in El Salavador in the last two weeks, on February 7, 2025, in Guatemala, and on February 14, 2025, in El Salvador, Central America, Pastor Pablo Hunger, Evangelism Department Leader at the IMS, revealed on Facebook. The seminars contained both theoretical lectures and practical training, including book and missionary canvassing work.
Guatemala, officially Republic of Guatemala, a country in Central America with a territory of 108, 889 sq. km and a population of 17, 980, 803 inhabitants, which hosted the core of the Maya civilization in the 16th century and whose name comes comes from the Nahuatl word Cuauhtēmallān, or “place of many trees”, attained independence from Spain and Mexico in 1821.
The Republic of El Salvador, a country with a population of 6 million citizens, as of the last year census, gained its independence from Spain in 1821, and in 2001, the colon, the currency of El Salvador since 1892, was replaced by the United States dollar.
