Six souls, a sister and five brothers in the faith of Jesus, were baptized in Lusaka, Zambia, on the day before yesterday, May 5, 2024,  the Facebook site «International Missionary Society, University Campus Fellowship» confirmed yesterday, on May 6, 2024, via video on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2hKNRxi3rEM. Pastor Syanacilubwa performed the baptism. On May 5, 2024, the local temperature in Lusaka, Zambia, varied between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius, the perfect weather for a Christian baptism.

Lusaka’s population was approximately 3.3 million, as of 2019, while the urban population reached 2.5 million in 2018. On October 24, 1964, Northern Rhodesia became independent from the UK as the Republic of Zambia and Lusaka was named as the capital of the country. Zambia’s population was 19,610,769, as of the 2022 Zambian census.
