Ordination of two elders was performed on December 24, 2022, during the conference of South Indian Field in the state Tamil Nadu, India, with the participation of Pastor Douglas Francis, General Conference Secretary at IMS, together with other Pastors, including Pastor Japa Pillai, Pastor Roland de la Paz and Pastor Palani Kulanthisettu, the web-site IMS Asian Division confirmed on Facebook.
Tamil Nadu, a state in southern India, is the tenth largest Indian state by area (130 058 square kilometer) and the sixth largest by population (72 174 030 inhabitants), while the economy of Tamil Nadu is the second-largest in India, with a gross state domestic product (GSDP) of US $ 310 billion, and it has the country’s 11th highest GSDP per capita of US $ 2 800.
