One soul, a brother in the faith of Jesus, whose name is Mun-tak Han, was baptized in Korea on December 20, 2023, the Secretarial Department of the General Conference at the IMS revealed yesterday, on February 26, 2024. Pastor Kang Woon-san, Leader of the Youth Department of the General Conference at the IMS, performed the baptism indoors due to the cold weather. In this way a new church member was accepted and added to the Korean Field.

Brother Muntak Han is a visually impaired person who recently realized the Sabbath and decided to join the IMS. He prayed that he wanted to experience true rebirth through this baptism. In addition, by God’s grace, on March 3, 2024, Brother Mun-tak Han plans to marry Sister Seon-ji Koo at the Korea Conference Mission Center, who was baptized last year and joined the church. It is interesting that these two people, Brother Muntak Han and Sister Seon-ji Koo, have lived alone for about 50 years.
