The Carlos Kozel Sanatorium was inaugurated yesterday, on July 12, 2023, in Huaral, a town in central Peru, capital of the Huaral Province in the Department of Lima, the Facebook site IMS SDA GC announced. In his speech on the occasion of the inauguration, Pastor Tzvetan Petkov, General Conference President at IMS, emphasized that the health reform is the right hand of the triple angels’ message and this sanatorium was built by God’s grace, in order to serve the society, not only in the literal sense, but in the sense of bringing God’s salvation to the people. In the Carlos Kozel Sanatorium, the World Assembly of the delegates at IMS is being held and the event which started on July 9, 2023, would finish on July 30, 2023, with the election of a new leadership of IMS.
Huaral is a geographical region located approximately 80 km (50 ml) north of Peru’s capital Lima. Starting its territory by the coast side at kilometer 58 of the North Panamerican Highway, in the middle of the “Serpentín de Pasamayo”, an area of 22 km which is part of Ruta nacional PE-1, it is situated between two districts – Aucallama and Ancón.
