Three souls, two sisters and a brother in the faith of Jesus, were added to the Seventh Day Adventist Church – Reform Movement at IMS in Kazakhstan this month, Pastor Vladimire Marinov, Secretary of European Division at IMS, confirmed today, May 28, 2023. During his missionary trip from May 5 to 25, 2023, in Kazakhstan, a transcontinental landlocked country, located mainly in Central Asia and partly in Eastern Europe, Pastor Vladimire Marinov accepted on May 6, 2023, in the church at IMS two souls, brother Nikolay Smirnov and sister Galina Baydakova, in the city of Almaty, former capital city of Kazakhstan, where the church has additional friends as well.

On May 11, 2023, Pastor Vladimire Marinov visited the city of Taraz, known to Europeans as Talas and the administrative center of Yambyl Region of Kazakhstan on the Talas River, where sister Olga, who came from Kyrgystan, was baptized on May 12, 2023, and on the next day she was accepted in the church. “Glory be to God for the souls who joined God’s church, and may the Lord bless His people in this country and everywhere worldwide. ‘The harvest is indeed plentiful, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore to the Lord of the harvest, that he may send out laborers into his harvest.’” (Luke 10:2), Pastor Vladimire Marinov added.
