Stanimir Kazakov, a 12-year old boy from Haskovo, Bulgaria, received the C1 English Cambridge Certificate for adults on March 12, 2022, after receiving, in February last year, at the age of eleven, the IELTS B1 English Certificate for adults, his father Nikolay Kazakov revealed today, on November 13, 2022. Furthermore, the IELTS assessment was an absolute precedent in the history, because he did not have a passport at the time of the test, as, according to the Bulgarian law, students would have the right to receive their passports at the age of fourteen, Nikolay Kazakov added.

Stanimir Kazakov, a humble student at the St. Ivan Rilski Primary School in Haskovo, Bulgaria, was born in April, 2009. He prepared himself for the high level English tests independently. In addition, his future plans include studies, since next year, at a high school in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria, which offers Chinese language course as well. The brilliant talent of the boy is also a confirmation of one of Christian faith’s signs: “And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name…they will speak in new tongues” (Mark 16:17, first and last part).
