Three souls were baptized in Russia in May, June and July 2021 after a long missionary trip in the country, Pastor Vladimire Marinov reported on August 16, 2021. According to the report, the trip started on May 13, 2021, with arrival in Ryzan, Russia, in the evening. On May 25, 2021, sister Nataliya Alexeevna was baptized and accepted in the church of Cheboksary, the capital city of Chuvashia, Russia, where IMS has 12 members and a church building.
After missionary visits in Novosibirsk, the Altai region, as well as in the town of Anzhero-Sudzhensk and Irkutsk, the 25th largest city in Russia by population, brother Arseniy Malehov, the son of brother Victor Malehov, was baptized in Anzhero-Sudzhensk on June 23, 2021, despite of the weather local temperature of 10 degree Celsius at that time.
After a 77 hour long trip by train to Krasnodar and then a journey to Gelendzik, Krasnodar region, brother Vyacheslav Demidovich was baptized there in the Black Sea and accepted in the church.
In addition, the missionary trip continued with visits in three more cities, including Mineralnie vodi and Pyatigorsk, and the yearly conference was held in Ryazan, Russia, at the end of July, 2021, where three souls were preparing themselves for baptism. The missionary tour ended with visits in Sankt Petersburg and return trip to Helsinki, Finland, on August 3, 2021.
