Three more souls were baptized in the Central African Republic on September 19, 2019, Daniel Masumbuko, newly elected elder of the local church reported. The baptism was conducted by the Pastor Normand Sindayi in the Central African Republic who led the election of the new local church leadership within the reorganization made as well, elder Masumbuko added.

According to elder Masumbuko, the work in Central African Republic was opened in January 2019. In September 2019, Pastor Normand Sindayihebura, who usually worked in Cameroon, visited the Central African Republic to conduct the first baptism. Central African Republic is a French-speaking country and Brother Normand is one of the few qualified pastors of the Seventh Day Adventist Church – Reform Movement at the International Missionary Society who speak French.
