The Christian summer conference of the Finnish Field at the IMS will start in the town of Akaa, Finland, on Friday, July 31, 2026, and will continue until August 2, 2026, with the participation of Pastor Tzvetan Petkov, General Conference President at the IMS, as main speaker who will preach on subjects like The Lord Our Righteousness (Jer. 33:16); The Church of God in the End Times (Rev. 18:1; Is. 8:20); The Voice from Heaven (Rev. 18:4) and The Call of God (Rev. 22:17), Pastor Vladimire Marinov, European Division Committee Member at the IMS, announced yesterday, July 27, 2026, via Facebook.
Akaa, a town with a population of 16,429, as of December 31, 2025, and a municipality in the region of Pirkanmaa (Tampere Region), Finland, was created on January 1, 2007, when the town of Toijala and the town of Viiala were united into a single municipality with an area of of 314.38 square kilometres (121.38 sq mi) of which 21.24 km2 (8.20 sq mi) was water. In addition, theritte municipality of Kylmäkoski was consolidated with Akaa on January 1, 2011.
