Two Souls Baptized at the IMS in Esteli, Nicaragua

Two souls – a brother and a sister in the faith of Jesus, were baptized on Sabbath, April 11, 2026, in the city Esteli, Nicaragua, SMI Reforma Nicaragua announced yesterday, on April 12, 2026, via Facebook with a greeting from the Lord’s Word in Isaiah 55:6-8. After the baptism, the acceptance and the Lord’s Supper were celebrated in the local church of Esteli. In the beginning of April 2026, the daily temperature in Esteli varied between 19 and 31 degrees Celsius, which is typical of the dry season, known for its consistent sunshine and minimal rain.
Esteli, officially La Villa de San Antonio de Pavia de Estelí, the third largest city (with a population of 131,971citizens) and a municipality in the Republic of Nicaragua, is the capital of the Esteli district, situated on the Pan-American-Highway, 147 kilometers far from the country’s capital Managua and 110 km far from El Espono, the nearest border post to Honduras. The district Esteli was created on December 8, 1891, during the reign of the President Roberto Sacasa.
